About Ariyel

My name is Arielle Marie Ward (Ariyel) and I am an artist and songwriter raised in the Pacific Northwest and currently based in Los Angeles . I enjoy writing my own music and working closely with other indie artists. I am a piano based singer-songwriter who probably uses sus2 an unhealthy amount. Think Sara Bareilles or Dodie. I am currently working on an album titled “Rock Bottom” exploring my experience with depression. Unrelated, but I like baking and cooking, although I am not great at it. Recently I made spinach puffs.

My mission in my music is to encourage self reflection and emotional processing through songs with lyrical ideas that reflect and shed new light on our thoughts and emotions. I wanna feel my feelings, and hopefully through that you can feel yours too.
